Join our family as a personal chef in Greenwich, CT!

We are seeking a skilled chef to commit one full day or two half days each week to prepare healthy, delicious, and innovative meals for our family of five.

About Us:

• Family of five: Two adults and three young children.
  
• Culinary Preferences: Farm-to-table fresh ingredients, creative healthy fusion of flavors and techniques.
  
  
  Dietary Preferences:
  
  • 
    
  • Dietary Focus: Low-carb Mediterranean diet, prioritizing protein, vegetables, and healthy fats.
    
  • Organic: Produce, poultry/meat, coconut oil, olive oil, avocado oil, cold-pressed oils, avocado, nuts & seeds, grass-fed butter/ghee, unsweetened nut/seed butters, pasture-raised/organic eggs, good-quality animal protein.
    
  • Grains and Carbs: Avoid processed carbs, use whole grains sparingly or substitute with cauliflower rice, spaghetti squash, zucchini noodles.
    
  • Lean meats: Chicken, beef.
    
  • Seafood: Low-mercury fish or shrimp, one seafood option per week.
    
  • No mushroom/truffles.
    
    
    Responsibilities:
    
    • 
      
    • Meal Preparation: 8 dishes a day (one full day) or 4 dishes a day (two half days).
      
    • Grocery Shopping: Fresh and best ingredients, local farmer's markets, whole foods, Citarella.
      
    • Menu Creation: Creative and nutritious meals, research and experiment with recipes.
      
    • Kitchen Maintenance: Clean and organized kitchen after meal prep.
      
      
      Requirements:

      • Proven experience as a personal or professional chef.
        
      • Strong culinary skills and creativity in menu planning.
        
      • Ability to accommodate dietary preferences and dislikes.
        
      • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
