Senior Compensation Analyst - NYC, Boston, or San Francisco
Hybrid Schedule - 3 Days Onsite
Base Salary: $100,000 - $146,000 + Bonus + Comprehensive BenefitsJoin a top-ranked Am Law 100 firm as a Senior Compensation Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-performing, collaborative HR team, contributing to compensation strategies that drive firm-wide performance and support employee engagement and retention.In this role, you will lead compensation initiatives, ensure compliance with legal standards, and provide strategic insights that influence pay practices and policies. The ideal candidate has deep experience in compensation analysis within the legal or professional services industry and excels at managing compensation cycles from end to end.Key Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze firm-wide compensation data to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Conduct job evaluations and market analyses to establish competitive salary structures
• Lead annual compensation planning processes including merit increases and bonus cycles
• Utilize MarketPay and maintain HRIS data integrity, preferably in Workday
• Collaborate with HR leadership to communicate and implement compensation strategies
• Respond to compensation-related requests and provide guidance to internal stakeholdersQualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of compensation analysis experience in a law firm or professional services environment
  • Proficiency with MarketPay and HRIS platforms like Workday
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
  • Proven track record managing compensation processes independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in salary survey participation, job leveling, and compensation data managementWhat We Offer
