Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pre-Imaging Services Coordinator
(REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Lead one or more Pre-Imaging Services functions, ensuring
meticulous appointment preparation and exceptional patient care
Communicate directly with customers to resolve complex issues and
assist with day-to-day activities
Provide training and support to Pre-Imaging Services
Representatives and monitor performance
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
One to three years of experience in a healthcare, clerical, or call
center environment
Minimum of one year as a Senior Pre-Imaging Services Representative
with acceptable performance evaluation
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable
high-speed internet
Equipment will be provided for remote work, including a VPN
device
