Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting in complex financial restructurings, workouts, and bankruptcy matters.
• Will represent lenders, insurance companies, private equity and institutional investors, and corporate clients throughout the United States.Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience, ideally in a large law firm.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent professional judgment.
  • Highly motivated to provide exceptional client service.
  • Strong desire for personal and professional growth in a collaborative environment.
  • Significant experience working on DIP financing and cash collateral transactions, Section 363 sales, and/or bankruptcy litigation is strongly preferred.Schedule
    The Firm is currently operating in a hybrid model, with the requirement that everyone should be in the office at least four days per week. This schedule is subject to change dependent on Firm, department and client needs, and will be routinely evaluated.
