What You'll Do:
As an MDS Coordinator / Nurse Assessment Coordinator, you will
complete and assure the accuracy of Minimum Data Set (MDS)
assessments for all residents. The MDS Coordinator / Nurse
Assessment Coordinator contributes to personalized resident care
plans and ensures the capture of clinical reimbursement for
services provided.
