Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medicaid Call Center Representative
to assist customers with their healthcare needs.
Key Responsibilities
Handle 40-50 inbound calls daily from Medicaid customers regarding
health benefits
Document inquiries, comments, and actions taken in accordance with
member requests
Support Medicaid Outbound Call Campaign efforts by conducting
outreach calls to members
Required Qualifications and Training
Must reside in Kentucky or Indiana within a 50-mile radius of
Louisville offices
Minimum two years of customer service experience required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly
Outlook and Teams
Must meet monthly call, attendance, and performance metrics
Willingness to remain in the position for twelve months before
applying for other opportunities
