A company is looking for a Data and Research Coordinator to
support its social responsibility program.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and administer databases for shareholder advocacy
initiatives
Coordinate and track filings of resolutions with companies
Assist with auditing and compliance activities related to proxy
voting and exclusionary screens
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Strong background in management of information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
software
Understanding of shareholder advocacy legal processes
Broad interest in business and financial worlds
