Description

Reports to: Executive Director

This is a hourly position, generally Monday to Friday 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. School vacation weeks and summer schedule may require additional hours.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe, positive physical space for youth;
• Ensure that all members complete a membership application;
• Identify, create and implement quality programming and curriculum for the youth development programs;
• Ensure that a variety of sports and recreational and educational programs are planned and implemented;
• Supervise youth athletic programs and teams;
• Assist with identifying new programs that are needed;
• Ensure that program information is available to youth members, parents, and the community.
• Other job duties as assigned Qualifications
  
  Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma. Associates degree preferred but will accept
  • two + years of work experience in the field of youth or child services.
  • Competency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
