Assembler III role in Billerica, you will assemble high-quality and
complex cardiac catheter ablation devices for treating a heart
arrhythmia condition called aFib (atrial fibrilation).
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 10pm - 6:30am.

Compensation:
This position has a set hourly starting rate at $24/hour, plus a
$3/hr shift differential = $27/hr.Responsibilities may include the
following and other duties may be assigned.
- Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to
non-repetitive production assembly operations.
- Works from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics,
process flow sheets and written or verbal assembly
instructions.
- Sets initial layouts, and uses a variety of tools to prepare
product(s).
- Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed.
- May conduct quality inspections on processing line in
accordance with quality specifications.
- May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test
experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to
specifications and under simulated conditions.Required Knowledge
and Experience: -
- Requires broad knowledge of operational systems and practices
typically gained through prior work experience and/or
education.
- Requires minimum of 4 years of experience.Nice to Have: -
- Prior experience assembling and/or soldering under
microscope
- Prior cleanroom experience

$64,200.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive
called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).The starting base rate of
pay for this position and location is $24.00 per hour. The base
rate is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico
and specific locations in California. Compensation and benefits
information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United
States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for
