Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Concierge Agent to provide
support to both providers and patients in a telemedicine
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure lab orders, prescription refills, and pre-authorizations are
fulfilled accurately and promptly
Manage medical documentation and patient forms while ensuring
compliance with healthcare regulations
Provide empathetic support via phone, email, and in-app messaging,
assisting patients with scheduling and inquiries
Required Qualifications
1.5+ years of experience in a support role, such as medical
reception, patient coordination, or telehealth support
Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
preferred
A quiet, private workspace with reliable internet for confidential
communications
Strong technical skills and ability to navigate multiple
systems
Experience in customer support or healthcare coordination roles is
preferred
