  Location: [Specify Hospital/Facility]
  Schedule: 36 hrs/week - Night Shifts - Every Other Weekend & Holiday
  Unit: IMCU, Neurology, & Med-Surg - 27 Beds - Patient Ratio: 1:3 (IMCU), 1:4-5 (Med-Surg)
  
  Requirements:
  Experience: 1+ year IMCU + 2+ years recent Med-Surg & Telemetry
  
  Skills: Neuro care, MIs, trach patients, chronic vents, high-acuity heart failure
  
  Telemetry: Must independently read & interpret telemetry strips (Tele test on Day 1)
  
  Technology: Auto med dispensing systems
  
  Certifications: BLS, ACLS (Preferred: Critical Care Experience)
  
  Patient Population:
  --- High volume Neuro, Medicine, & Cardiology patients
