Job DescriptionTact Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg
for a travel nursing job in Burlington, Vermont.Job Description &
Requirements
Local Rates: $72.50: 51-100 Mile, $67.50: 50 miles or less.
Backfill - 933636 - Miller 6 – Ortho Surgical Med/Surg, 12H Days,
36H Only; BLS and NIHSS req.; will float to like units; may be req.
to do more weekends than e/o. Prior Travel strongly preferred; Must
have 2yrs large teaching fac Ortho exp; IV team avail but like if
RN able to start PIV. EKG done by pt. support. Exp w/ blood
transfusions, PCA, pain mgmt., epidural; Orthopedics, total knee,
hip, shoulder, spine surgery, ortho trauma, external fixators.
Medical dx: cystic fibrosis, and M/S overflow based on surgical
volume; M/S overflow based on surgical volumes; Monday to Sunday;
Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday· Can apply for VT license at time
of offer;
EPIC experience from within the past 12 months is required and
nonnegotiable. Monday to Sunday; Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday.
IVS to OFFER; This facility requires ALL work history information
(bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to
submit. Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are
explained. Covid and Flu declinations accepted- please have either
proof or declinations in packet.
No block schedules for any reason. Public Transportation is NOT
accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable
transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly
recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow
