Department/Unit: Children's Hospital Float Pool Work Shift:
5-Day Float Pool The Pediatric Float Pool Nurse plays a key role in
creating a compassionate environment for young patients and their
families. Responsibilities include implementing physician orders,
administering medications, assessing patient needs, and
collaborating with the nursing team to develop care plans. This
position may require access to sensitive information and adherence
to privacy regulations.
