This 374-bed, Level II Trauma Center provides exceptional care, offering you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, life-saving environment. Using Epic EMR, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide top-quality patient care. As part of this team, you will respond to critical emergencies and provide direct nursing care to patients presenting with trauma, medical, and surgical emergencies. Your skills in assessing, diagnosing, and delivering timely treatment will make a profound impact on patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Triage, assess, and provide direct care for ER patients
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient treatment plans
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as required
• Monitor and record patient condition changes using Epic EMR
• Respond swiftly to life-threatening situations and initiate lifesaving interventions
• Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge instructions Qualifications
• Active RN license in Massachusetts
• BLS , ACLS , and PALS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of ER experience in a trauma setting
• Proficiency in Epic EMR preferred
