Are you a strategic storyteller with a global mindset and a passion for delivering standout consumer campaigns? We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead global marketing communications and activations for multiple brands. This role is key to bringing our brand vision to life across markets, collaborating with cross-functional teams and agency partners to build impactful, consumer-first marketing.

What You'll Do:

Lead the execution of global marketing campaigns across key regions, while activating locally in the U.S.
Partner with teams across product, insights, retail, PR, social, creative, media, and agencies to create best-in-class toolkits.
Drive the development of marketing assets from digital and influencer content to eCommerce and social ensuring creative excellence and cultural relevance.
Manage the full content lifecycle: from briefing to delivery, aligning stakeholders and approvals along the way.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget, tracking timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.
Use consumer insights and trends to shape campaign strategy and inform creative direction.
Support day-to-day marketing requests from regional teams and partners.
Prepare and pitch campaign plans at leadership meetings and cross-functional presentations.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance collaboration and workflow efficiency.

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or media preferably in the CPG industry.
Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns across global markets.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
Experience working with international teams and understanding market nuances.
Strong communicator and relationship builder, comfortable collaborating across all levels.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
Skilled at presenting ideas with clarity and influence both visually and verbally.
Self-starter, highly resourceful, and solution-oriented.
A passion for creativity, consumer trends, and delivering meaningful brand experiences.
Bonus points for Jedi-level agility and a great sense of humor.
