We are currently seeking for a IT Infrastructure Manager for a Full-time position with our Direct Client at Marlborough, MA (Onsite) location. Job Description: Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 5-6 IT professionals across various locations.
• Oversee installation and maintenance of hybrid server infrastructure.
• Manage global network monitoring and incident response.
• Collaborate with InfoSec to implement robust security measures and ensure compliance (SOC II, HIPAA, HITECH).
• Develop automated processes for system maintenance and disaster recovery.
• Liaise with corporate leadership and IT teams on strategies.
• Provide technical guidance on SAN storage, firewall configurations, and Office 365.Skills Needed:The resume should be more focused on IT Infrastructure Manager . Skills that are needed to be in the resume are.,
  • 7+ years of experience in Managing global or cross-functional teams
  • 5+ years of hands on experience in Installation, configuration, and managing Infrastructure
  • Install, configure, and maintain virtual Servers like VMWare, vSphere
  • Experience with Cloud Computing technologies (Amazon AWS preferred).
  • Experience with SAN storage experience
  • Firewall experience (Preferably Palo Alto and Fortinet Firewalls).
  • TCP/IP networking principles
  • Experience working with InfoSec teams and managing infrastructure security
  • Strong expertise in Windows and Linux servers
  • Healthcare is a plus
