Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Quality Engineering to
lead software quality initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure high-quality products through established standards and
processes
Oversee release processes and maintain an automation testing
framework
Recruit, train, and mentor quality engineers while developing
long-term quality assurance plans
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or
equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years in management/leadership roles
At least 10 years of professional experience in Quality
Assurance
Experience in a large-scale, distributed SaaS company for a minimum
of 5 years
Familiarity with agile application development lifecycle and DevOps
environment
