Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patent Engineer (Contract) to work
with engineer inventors in the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct invention disclosure meetings to understand technical
advancements and inventions
Develop IP protection strategies and draft patent specifications
based on inventor insights
Assist in patent application prosecution and perform patentability
assessments
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in patent engineering or related field
BS degree in engineering or scientific discipline (e.g., computer
science, electrical engineering)
Registered attorney to practice before the USPTO
Experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications is
preferred
