Job Description:
A company is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager - New
Channels to acquire therapy and psych patients through non-SEM
digital acquisition channels.
Key Responsibilities
Support existing paid social efforts and develop audience and
campaign strategies for new channels
Analyze data from various systems to identify trends and optimize
campaigns
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive
marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of marketing experience managing non-SEM paid channels
Hands-on experience with digital channel management
Experience analyzing data from ad platforms, site analytics, and
CRMs
Experience working with cross-functional teams
2+ years in a high growth startup is preferred
