FT/ PT Help Wanted: Chiropractic Support/ Front Desk & Billing
Aide (Part-Time or Full-Time)Are you an organized and
detail-oriented individual with a passion for healthcare? Our
chiropractic office is looking for a Front Desk & Billing Aide to
join our team! This role can be part-time or full-time, offering
flexibility for the right candidate.Responsibilities:- Greet and
assist patients with a warm, friendly attitude- Schedule and
confirm appointments efficiently- Handle patient
check-ins/check-outs and collect payments- Verify insurance
information and assist with billing procedures- Maintain accurate
patient records and process claims- Assist part time the
chiropractors with hot packs and taking patients off therapies
etc.Qualifications:- Previous experience in a medical or
chiropractic office is a plus, but not required- Knowledge of
insurance billing and claims processing preferred- Strong
communication and customer service skills- Ability to multitask in
a fast-paced environment- Proficiency with office software and
